The project begins with meeting the Customer and studying their needs and preferences. We analyze the object, its features and limitations, and also collect information about the budget, deadlines and other important project parameters.
Based on the analysis of the Brief, technical conditions of the object, we will prepare a commercial proposal, including the terms and cost of work. After agreeing on all the necessary details, a contract for design services will be signed
Before the design begins, our specialists visit the sites and draw up an accurate measurement plan and take photos and videos, as well as analyze the input data, including the surroundings of the site and the natural features of the area.
The fundamental component of the project is a conceptual project - a set of layout plans, furniture and equipment with the necessary specifications, as well as highly realistic 3D visualizations and collages that help create a visual stylistic image of the future interior
The main stage of design is the creation of working drawings based on the approved concept. We develop a set of documentation necessary for the implementation of the interior, including the coordination of engineering systems and related design sections.
The set of working drawings is supplemented by the assembly stage. We will prepare statements and specifications of the design components, from furniture and equipment to door handles and home textiles. Our assembly department takes on a full cycle of services for the implementation of the design, selects each product, prepares a commercial offer, including full support: communication with factories, delivery and installation on site at the best prices directly from the factories.
Our author's supervision engineer, as well as the team of designers, will accompany the project until the complete turnkey delivery. The author's supervision engineer makes site visits, monitors the compliance of construction works with the DP, issues adjustments to contractors, consults builders and informs the customer about the progress of work, and the back office makes the necessary changes to the working drawings in order to improve it in the event of receiving new technical conditions.
Selection and purchase of decorative elements: cutlery, plants, paintings, home textiles and art objects, bathroom accessories, selection of fabrics.
Our team of graphic designers, under the supervision of the chief architect, will develop for you a personal family coat of arms and monogram for interior design.
If necessary, a staff photographer will conduct a professional photo shoot of the finished interior for subsequent publication in professional publications.
